Taqueria El Pueblito Llc in Tucson, AZ is looking for a restaurant cashier to join our team. We are located on 1800 E Fort Lowell Rd Suite A156. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, attentive, punctual, reliable, responsible, and hard-working team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and leaving the business and make them feel at home.
• Take customer orders, answer any questions they may have and provide suggestions as needed.
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area and safe environment.
• Accurately process all cash and credit payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform other prep and cleaning tasks among other duties.
• Pack food orders, restock stations, etc.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service.
• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele.
• Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Excellent multitasking and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work with flexibility in a continuous schedule of days, holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual.
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
